1. Service Overview

We provide out-of-warranty home appliance repair services for air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, and LCD/LED TVs across Kolkata, Howrah, and surrounding regions. Our services include installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of spare parts.

2. Service Booking & Payment

• Customers can book services via our website, toll-free number, or chat inquiry.
• Service charges, including visiting fees and repair costs, will be communicated before work begins.
• Payments must be made upon service completion via cash, UPI, or other available modes.
• Any additional costs for spare parts will be informed in advance and must be approved by the customer before installation.

3. Warranty & Service Guarantee

• We provide a 60-day service guarantee; if the same issue arises within this period, we will provide a free re-service.
• Any spare parts replaced come with an up to 90-day warranty on manufacturing defects only.
• Warranty does not cover damages due to improper use, power fluctuations, or third-party tampering.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate contact details and address while booking a service.
• Customers must ensure a safe and accessible environment for our technicians.
• Any modifications or additional requests beyond the agreed scope of work may incur extra charges.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service.
• No refunds will be issued once service has been performed.
• In cases where service cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances, we may issue a refund or reschedule at the customer's convenience.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We do not cover damages due to improper handling, third-party interference, or power-related issues after service completion.
• Our liability is limited to the total service charges paid by the customer.

7. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of user data. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
